Terms of Use

Last updated: May 31, 2026

Obsinto is operated by Obsinto LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Obsinto," "we," "us"). This page describes, in plain language, how we operate. It is informational and not legal advice. For a signed agreement, data processing addendum, or NDA, contact support@obsinto.com.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Obsinto website and platform (the “Service”), operated by Obsinto LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Obsinto," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. A separate signed agreement, if executed, controls over these Terms where they conflict.

2. The Service

Obsinto connects to the cloud infrastructure you authorize, reads its state, maps it to IT compliance framework controls (such as SOC 2, NIST, and FedRAMP), and generates compliance evidence and reports. Obsinto supports your compliance program; it is a tool and does not constitute legal, audit, or accounting advice, and it does not guarantee certification or a passing audit. The Service is under active development and features may change.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it except as permitted by law, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it to violate the rights of others.

5. Customer Data & Connected Systems

You retain ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant Obsinto the rights needed to process it to provide the Service. When you connect a system, you authorize Obsinto to access it with the scopes you grant — read-only by design — and you confirm you have the right to connect it.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, content, and underlying compliance-reasoning technology (excluding your data), is owned by Obsinto and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

7. Fees

Obsinto is currently offered to design partners. If and when paid plans are introduced, fees will be billed as described at purchase or in your order form or signed agreement, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise, and may change prospectively with notice.

8. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use it only to perform under these Terms and protect it with reasonable care. Contact support@obsinto.com for a mutual NDA.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Obsinto does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will result in compliance or a successful audit.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsinto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Obsinto’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred US dollars.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Obsinto from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, the rights granted to you cease; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, unless your signed agreement specifies otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
